Terms & Conditions
Last updated October 1, 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Collegiate Pools LLC website (collegiatepools.com), our quote request forms, and our text messaging program. By using this site, submitting a form, or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms.
SMS / Text Messaging Terms
Program description. Collegiate Pools LLC sends text messages about pool service quote requests, appointment scheduling and reminders, service updates, and occasional account or billing notices.
Consent. By checking the consent box on our form and submitting your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from Collegiate Pools LLC at that number, including messages sent using an automated system. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services — you can always call or email us instead.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your requests and your service schedule.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Collegiate Pools LLC does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.
Help. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (561) 251-7748 or collegiatepoolsflorida@gmail.com.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier and network availability.
Privacy. We never sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Campaign Privacy Policy
This section describes the privacy practices specific to our SMS/text messaging campaign operated from the phone number (561) 412-3551, and is provided for carrier and campaign registration purposes.
Information collected through the campaign. When you opt in, we collect your mobile phone number, your name (if provided), and the content of your quote request or service inquiry. We also record the fact that you consented to receive text messages, when you consented, and from which form or page.
How we use it. This information is used solely to respond to your request, schedule and perform pool services, and send you service-related text messages. We do not use campaign data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.
Sharing. We never sell, rent, or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Message delivery is processed by our messaging provider and mobile carriers solely to deliver texts you have agreed to receive.
Retention and opt-out. Your mobile number is kept only as long as needed to service your account or until you reply STOP, after which it is added to our do-not-text list and no further campaign messages are sent. You may also request deletion at any time by calling (561) 251-7748 or emailing collegiatepoolsflorida@gmail.com.
For our complete data practices, see our Privacy Policy.
Quotes and Estimates
Quotes provided by phone, email, text, or through this website are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may change after an on-site inspection of your pool, equipment, and access conditions. A quote is not a contract until both parties confirm the scope and start date.
Service Terms
Weekly maintenance is performed on a routing schedule; the specific day may shift due to weather, holidays, or route changes. We require safe, unobstructed access to the pool area and equipment pad on service days. If we cannot access the pool, the visit may be counted as completed.
Recurring service is month-to-month with no long-term contract. Either party may cancel with reasonable notice. Repairs, parts, and one-time cleanings are billed separately from routine service.
Payments
Routine service is billed monthly. Repair work may require approval and, for larger parts, a deposit. Past-due balances may result in suspension of service.
Limitation of Liability
Collegiate Pools LLC is not responsible for pre-existing equipment failures, staining, surface deterioration, or damage caused by conditions outside our control, including storms, power loss, well or source water issues, or work performed by others. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
Website Content
Content on this site, including blog articles, is provided for general information only and is not a substitute for a professional on-site evaluation. We may update site content and these terms at any time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Palm Beach County, Florida.
